Option 1. Dedicated screenshot tools
Jing is one of the most popular screenshot tools and it can also take up to 5 minutes of video of your screen.

If you're looking for a paid option we've found SnagIt to be the best on Windows.
For Mac we've found Skitch to be very easy to use and loaded with annotation features. Many of the screenshots you receive from us are done with Skitch.
Option 2. Copy Screen / Paste Screen
1. get the window you want to show on your screen
2. press the PrtScr key on your keyboard. this will take a picture of your screen and copy it to the clipboard. Pressing Alt+PrtScr will copy only the current window, not the entire screen.
If you can't find the PrtScr key see below
3. drop this picture into an email and send it to us
A. if you're using Outlook or Thunderbird you can simply open a new message and paste (Ctrl+V) the image there
B. if you're using a web email client it's a bit more complicated.
B.1 open Paint or MS Word
B.2 paste the screen image there (Ctrl+V)
B.3 save the file
B.4 attach the file to an email and send it to us
